For over 20 years, Ted has been a leader in the financial service industry. In particular, he has held commercial lending and compliance responsibilities, attained executive positions and obtained board of director membership.

On a professional level, Ted has developed and participated in workshops that focused on regulatory enforcement and correcting actions, CEO succession planning and board crisis management plans. Additionally, Ted has prepared incentive compensation plans and board of director surveys for financial institutions.

Most recently, Ted held a position at the Travillian Group, where he found great success performing Financial Institution Consulting and Recruiting, as well as cultivating relationships among C-Level executives.

Prior to joining the Travillian Group, Ted worked as a senior development officer for SNL Financial focusing on investor relations.

Additionally, Ted dedicated a substantial portion of his career to Commercial National Financial Corporation, where he spent six years as CEO and five years as President. While leading the company, Ted contributed to stimulating asset growth in excess of 20% and increasing the market capitalization of the NASDAQ-listed holding company by 94%.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Ted continued his education by completing programs at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the National Commercial Lending School and the Central Atlantic Bank Operations School.
